About Me
I started Earnestly out of frustration from witnessing thoughtless gifts from companies leading to environmental waste. Many of these gifts end up in storage cabinets, junk drawers, snuck into Secret Santa rotations, or on a Goodwill shelf.
After sending many gifts to clients and mentors during celebratory project milestones and holidays while working as a consultant, I knew from experience that companies need a lot of help when it comes to adding a personalized touch to their gifts.
I launched Earnestly to fix broken gifting. But what ended up as a business based on providing solutions to financial waste and environmental waste, turned out to be one of my biggest joys.
I describe it as "shopping for delight". I get to work with clients and projects that I have a personal affinity to. Every engagement I decide to work on whether it be welcoming thousands of new employees to an organization, or rewarding a few pitch judges for volunteering their time with a heartfelt appreciation gift, I get to witness the recipient's positive experiences and become a part of their story. I also love having the opportunity to source from and support small businesses at a difference-making time.
